Belleview Plaza Condominiums

Belleview Plaza is located on the Northwest edge of the Country Club Plaza and offers amazing views of the Plaza area.  Shaw Hofstra was selected to design model floor plans and make selections for the model units from fixtures and finishes down to furniture and accessories.  The result was two furnished models that took several awards during the Kansas City Parade of Homes including Grand Prize for their price category.

The three story building with roof top terraces began as an office building that was converted to residential units.  The main exterior windows and patios as well as the corridor and tenant seperation walls were existing at the time SH+A took over the project.
